First Session
Our first session is a gentle introduction.
We’ll go through the counselling contract, talk about what brings you to therapy, and discuss how we might work together. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point.
There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We go at your pace.
Clinic Information
The practice is situated in the The Wessex Health Network, 17 Stour Road, Christchurch BH23 1PL. The front of the building has metal railings and a large blue sign on the railings. It is sandwiched between the white building, which is a children’s nursery and the red brick building, which are flats.
The practice is a couple of doors down from Christchurch train station.
The Christchurch Train Station bus stop is outside the building.
The clinic has a car park to the rear of the building. This is accessed via Arthur Road. There is a small sign saying Wessex Health on the turning into car park. If you end up in the gravel car park you are in the right place. If you are in a tarmac car park you have turned into the car park for the flats next door.
The car park can be a bit tricky to find on the first appointment so this is the what 3 words link for the entrance to the car park https://w3w.co/late.gains.phones
The entrance is to the side of the building. The entrance can be accessed by the side passage to the left of the building if viewed from the front or from the car park at the rear of the building.
